We offer TWO payment options

paying in full for 3 month session
$115.00
3 scheduled monthly installment payments (on the 22nd of the month)

ONCE A WEEK CLASS
15 min private (new students)
30 min semi private
45 min 3 per class
1 hour 4-5 per class (Starfish level,Dolphin, Shark)
1 hour STROKE CLINIC CLASS
2 times a week can be scheduled ask for pricing

Family Discount :
2nd student $10.00 off
3rd and 4th $5.00 off

We accept Visa, Master Card (no AMEX)
$25 for declined or expired cards

NO REFUNDS/ NO EXCEPTIONS (after session starts)

$35 Enrollment fee for new students
($10 each additional child)

$25 Annual enrollment fee (after a full year) per student

Spring, Summer and Fall breaks are not apart of the session fee
We are not closed for Holidays that fall on Monday.

2011 SESSION SCHEDULE WILL BE POSTED NOVEMBER 2010

If proper 30 day written notice is not turned in by the due dates posted you will automatically be re enrolled into your current class day/time for the next session and be billed on the auto pay dates. Please make sure to mark these dates on your calendar, print it out or visit the site to check session schedule.
