POLICIES: Please read over before enrolling online
Teacher Requests: While we will take all teacher requests into consideration, we cannot guarantee them due to circumstances beyond our control. We also reserve the right to change teachers shift due to business considerations. Our goal is to provide the best possible swimming experience for all of our student. Please know that all of our teachers go through annual training and quarterly meetings to stay up to date on the progress of each shift/class. All teacher are teaching the Little Dipper method.
Swim Diapers: All students under the age of THREE MUST wear re usable swim diapers. Disposable swim diapers are not all permitted at any time in our pool. We do have the right to refuse entry to class if re usable swim diapers are not used. You can purchase re usable swim diapers through the office and at many retail stores. (please check out our web site for online places to purchase the non disposable diapers)
Class Enrollment: Once enrolled, in the class that best matches your request, it is your spot until we receive a 30 day written notice of intent to withdrawal. If 30 day notice is not submitted in that time frame we have the right to charge for the following session. If you need to make a change, simply e-mail us the request to transfer to the office. The office staff will contact you once they find a class that better suits your child’s schedule or needs. If no notice is given to drop or transfer you will automatically stay in your current spot.

Since we do not have a "office" location e-mail is the fastest as we work online from our home offices. Carolynn checks e-mails as they come in on her I Phone.
Makeup Policy:We do not offer refunds, credits, or make-ups for missed classes. We will have a qualified instructor and warm water waiting for your child each week. If your child is unable to attend there regular scheduled class. We look forward to seeing your child at the next scheduled lesson. Consistency is one of the keys to our program. We ask that you do your best to regularly bring your child to swim lessons. If we cancel a class for any reasons without giving 24 hour notice which are within our control, we will apply a credit to your account which will be deducted from your next month’s tuition. If we have given ample notice of a cancelled class we will schedule a makeup day for the missed class. However we have a client monitored makeup program set up in the dressing room. If you are to miss class please sign out giving others a chance to attend that spot, for a makeup. These makeup sheets are posted around the pool. If you do not see it out please ask your teacher.
Transfer request: As long as we have availability in the appropriate level, we are happy to transfer your child to a class at a different day and/or time. Please keep in mind that consistency is one of the keys to our program, and it may take a few classes for your child to adjust to the rhythm and routine of the new instructor and/or class. We do require for you to fill out and return to the office a transfer request form prior to the next session. We cannot guarantee a transfer but we will have you on stand by for the next available spot that fits your request.
Class Schedule: Because our schedule of classes is constantly evolving with our students, we unfortunately do not have a set schedule of classes that we can post or send to you. If we did try to send something, it would be different by the time you were enrolled into the session. Our goal is to allow for our student to progress in the time slot that they have requested so that their routine remains consistent and gain trust with their swim partner and teacher.
Tuition:We have set sessions scheduled for the current year. This schedule is posted around the pool as well as our web site. It is very important to keep a schedule so that you are up to date of weeks we are closed, tuition dates and deadlines. If we do enroll you in the midst of a session, your tuition will be pro rated based on the remaining classes of the session. ALL STUDENTS MUST BE ON AUTO PAY/ENROLL SYSTEM IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE TIMES/DAY OR WISH TO DROP FROM CLASS 30 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE IS NEEDED BY THE DEADLINE DATE LISTED ON THE SESSION CALENDAR.
